Payment is to be done via PayPal ([email protected]), Wise, Ko-fi (https://ko-fi.com/patmandx#), or Bank Transfer.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commissions for any reason.

No refunds after the sketching phase. Cancellations during or before the sketch stage are eligible for refunds, but I am not responsible for any potential monetary loss due to transaction fees.

In the event of rush jobs, excessive design work, detail, or revisions, or lacking sufficient reference material (determined by myself), I reserve the right to request additional payment, starting at +50% of the original cost.

You may display my work on an external site, as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.

You can modify my work as you please, but you MAY NOT claim my work as your own.

I absolutely DO NOT consent to have any of my artwork in to be used within or in association with NFTs, anything associated with blockchain/crypto, nor AI Art. This includes using my art in AI training or the creation of tokens.

I am allowed to display the commissioned art on my website and social media. I may use a watermark.

You are NOT authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”

Commercial use (merchandise, prints, as part of a commercial production, etc.) must be established clearly and mutually agreed upon up front. Prices are subject to be adjusted for commercial use, with the amount dependent on the context. Commercial use without my permission is not allowed.

Twitch Emote and Bit Badge commissions are made with the assumption they will be used within the commercial use context of a Twitch Stream. Additional commercial uses still require permission, however.
